By accessing or using congryo.com (the "Site") or requesting a free AI Visibility Audit, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Congryo provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services for restoration, remediation, and environmental services businesses, including a free automated AI Visibility Audit and paid, ongoing GEO management services described separately in our service agreements. Details of paid services, pricing, and deliverables are provided directly to prospective clients and are not established by this Site alone.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to:

• Submit false or misleading information through our forms
• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or unlawful content

The free AI Visibility Audit reflects a snapshot of how AI platforms responded to specific queries at the time of the scan. AI platforms change frequently and are outside our control. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, Congryo makes no guarantee of specific business outcomes, rankings, citations, or revenue from use of the Site or our services.

6. Third-Party Platforms

This Site references third-party AI platforms, including ChatGPT (OpenAI), Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews (Google), for descriptive purposes only. Congryo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies, and their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Congryo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on the free AI Visibility Audit. The Site and audit are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
